What The Studies Show

Dr. Dacher Keltner says that a white smile is "The intense focus of what other people look at, and a sign of our warmth, confidence, and health."

A three part study by Crest used qualitative and quantitive measures in multiple settings to determine what effect white teeth has on people. The portion of the study on employment, researchers found that not only whiter teeth greatly increases the chance of being offered jobs but also receiving higher pay. 

On the Romance portion of the study, subjects went on simulated dates and found that the dates were more successful after they whitened their teeth.
